Tamaqua police have cited William A. Zubey, 40, of 438 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, in connection with an incident on June 3.

The victim contacted police at 9:47 p.m. to say he had come into contact with Zubey at a local fire company. Zubey called him names, then punched his left arm and the left side of his face.Zubey was cited for harassment.
