A Summit Hill man was charged after he assaulted a woman and then a police officer.

Summit Hill police said that at 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 30, officers were dispatched toNorth Market Street for a domestic assault.While investigating and speaking with the victim and Jeffrey Tee, 27, of the residence, police learned that Tee had assaulted the female.Tee then became combative with police while being taken into custody.He was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment.
