State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating an indecent assault case in which two youths are the victims.

The incident was reported at 12:45 a.m. June 19. It happened on North First Street in Mahoning Township.Police said the suspect is a 47-year-old man from Carbon County. Police did not release the suspect's name.It is alleged he had inappropriate contact with a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl.
