A Schuylkill County man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 4 p.m. Tuesday at a location on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.

State police at Frackville said Corey Michael Cromyak, 29, of New Philadelphia, got into an argument with another man.During the argument a woman attempted to intervene and wasgrabbed by the shoulders and pushed to the ground by Cromyak.Charges were filed against Cromyak, troopers said.
