Tamaqua police cited Adela Leticia Berrios, 32, of 131 Clay St., Tamaqua, after an incident on June 28.

Officers were called to Clay Street at 4:38 p.m. where they met the female victim, who said Berrios struck her several times in the face. The victim had a cut on the inside of her lip and blood on her face.Berrios admitted striking the other woman due to a previous incident. She was cited for harassment.
