Debra Hons, 54, of McAdoo was cited by McAdoo police in connection with a traffic stop on June 19.

Hons was driving a green Ford Escort at 12:54 a.m. on South Sheridan Street when an officer on patrol noticed the Ford's license plate lights were not working. He conducted a traffic stop and noticed Hons had a strong odor of alcohol.Hons performed and failed field sobriety tests after telling the officer she had one beer.She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic violations.
