Three Monroe County residents were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 5:18 p.m. Friday.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the area of 1024 State Road in Chestnuthill Township for a physical altercation. As a result troopers said Timothy Talbot, 24, Brittany Penny, 25, and Jessica Dutter, 22, all of Effort, were cited.
