A Summit Hill man was charged after police found him with drugs near a cemetery.
According to Summit Hill police, at 1:05 a.m. on June 12, officers were on patrol and saw a suspicious person in the area of the cemeteries on the east end of town.When police approached the man, identified as Lee Walck, 47, ofEast Hazard Street, they smelled marijuana. Walck then admitted that he had a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession.He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
