One driver was cited following a four-vehicle crash that was reported at 12:27 p.m. on Monday along Hamilton Boulevard, near Lower Macungie Road, in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Township police said all vehicles involved were eastbound near the entrance to Air Products and the Trexler Mall. Theodore J. Holway, 32, of Staten Island, New York; Tonia L. Barney, 57, of Slatington; and Stephen A. Henritzy, 45, also of Slatington; were stopped for a traffic light. Sandra L. Boyd, 67, of Trexlertown, approached from the rear and failed to stop.The front of Boyd's 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe struck the side of Holway's 2013 Honda Civic. She continued on and into the rear of Barney's 2002 Chevrolet Blazer, which then struck the rear of Henritzy's 2014 Peterbilt tractor.Barney was injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest. No one else was injured. The Hyundai and Blazer had to be towed.Troopers cited Boyd for following too closely.
