A Tamaqua man was chargedafter a traffic stop in Tamaqua on Aug. 28.

Edward James Coyle, 35, of Spruce Street, was a passenger in a white 2002 Subaru that was stopped at 3:53 p.m. When his name and birth date were checked, police discovered a warrant for his arrest filed by the Camden, New Jersey, sheriff's office.
