State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the theft of two concrete lion statues from the front of a driveway on Roman Road in Eldred Township.

The theft occurred between 4 p.m. Sept. 13 and 10 a.m. Sept. 14. The victim is a 62-year-old woman from the township.
