A traffic stop made by state police at the Lehighton barracks resulted in the driver of the vehicle being a wanted person.
Police did not indicate which of two people is the wanted person, saying only that it was the operator of the vehicle they stopped after noticing the vehicle had a stolen registration plate on it.The incident happened at 2:22 a.m. July 10 on Route 209 at Frank’s Service Center, Franklin Township.Police said there were two people involved, including Joseph J. Rogoskey and Courtney Rogoskey, both of Drums.That person was also driving under the influence and in possession of contraband.
