A 17-year-old Andreas girl sustained suspected minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 10:07
p.m.Saturday at the intersection of Holbens Valley and Schochary roads in Lynn Township.State police at the Fogelsville barracks investigated the crash, but did not reveal the name of the girl, nor a 14-year-old female passenger, also from Andreas, who was uninjured.Police said the girl was cited for stop signs and yield signs offenses.She was driving a 2009 Toyota Tacoma northbound on Schochary Road when she failed to stop for a stop sign at Kistler Valley Road and entered the intersection directly in the path of a 2017 Subaru WRX driven by Tyler G. Zimmerman, 24, of Kempton. Police said the Subaru's front bumper struck the passenger's side rear door of the Tacoma. Both vehicles traveled northwest and came to rest against the guide rail with the Tacoma landing on top of the Subaru.Zimmerman was uninjured.
