State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurredFriday in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Gianna M. Campanicki, 19, of Ringtown, was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier eastbound on Molleystown Road at the Interstate 81 south ramp, in Tremont Township, at 6:30 a.m. when a westbound vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped her vehicle. After impact the other driver fled the scene.Campanicki was not injured but the Cavalier was towed from the scene. Troopers indicated the hit-and-run vehicle was a Ford model.
