Tamaqua Police cited Brett Rodriguez, 37, of West Rowe Street, Tamaqua, after a domestic dispute on Sept. 28.

Officers received a call about a domestic dispute on Rowe Street at 7:40 p.m. They were met by the female victim, who said she and Rodriguez were arguing when he smashed a flower pot on the floor, then threw a large speaker at her. She was able to dodge the speaker, but it struck her dog.Rodriguez was cited for harassment.Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 570-668-5000 as there is a warrant for his arrest.
