A tractor with trailer crashed along Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County on Thursday.

State police at Frackville said Jehoshaphat Williams, 53, of Macon, Georgia, was driving a 2013 Kenworth tractor with trailer northbound in Delano Township at 1:48 p.m. when the rig crossed over the white fog line and drifted onto the shoulder and then down a small embankment. It struck several small rocks on its right side coming to rest facing north about 15 feet east of the roadway.Williams sustained a minor injury and was taken to St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, by Ryan Township ambulance. Assisting at the scene were volunteers from McAdoo and Delano Township fire companies. Troopers said Williams was not cited due to possible mechanical failures.
