LEHIGHTON STATE POLICE
State police at Lehighton report the following:
• Christina M. Fletcher, 40, of Walnutport, was arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks with harassment after an incident at 8:42 p.m. Oct. 14 on the 200 block of White St., Weissport.Police said Fletcher, while under the influence of alcohol, punched a 31-year-old woman in the face and yelled at her in the roadway.• Someone damaged lawn decorations in a criminal mischief incident in Penn Forest Township.The incident happened between 4-5 p.m. Oct. 18 along Deer Park Lane.Police said a large truck towing a trailer backed into the victim's driveway damaging the decorations.• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:58 p.m. Oct. 22 at the intersection of Buck Lane and West Kings Way in Polk Township.Police said the incident happened when a vehicle operated by Noel Rivera of Kings Way, Kunkletown, was stopped at a stop sign on Kings Way. His vehicle was struck by one driven by Christian Tyler O'Keefe of Albrightsville. The O'Keefe vehicle was attempting to make a right-hand turn at the intersection.Police said O'Keefe was cited for failure to make a right turn as close to the curb or edge of the roadway as possible.Rivera's vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.• A 23-year-old Palmerton man will face charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, after he was found passed out in his vehicle at 12:21 a.m. Oct. 23 on Route 534, near Beltzville Drive in Polk Township.Police said a trooper observed a vehicle in the above location had gone off the right side of the road. The vehicle was parked with its lights on, windows rolled down, and running with no driver. The driver was in the driver's side front seat with his seat all the way back and the man was passed out and sleeping.He was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Police did not release his name.• Jill Rebecca Goodman of New York, New York, was issued a citation for limitations on turning around after she caused a two-vehicle crash at 5:20 p.m. Oct. 21 on Route 534 in Polk Township.Police said she was driving a vehicle that pulled into a driveway at the residence of Brittney Lee Bonser of Kunkletown and attempted to make a U-turn when she struck Bonser's vehicle.
