McAdoo police cited a Hazleton man after a traffic stop on Sept. 23.
An officer on patrol saw a silver Toyota with a nonworking headlight being driven south on Kennedy Drive.He conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Luis Miguel Tineo, 22.A strong odor of marijuana was detected inside the Toyota.Tineo said he had smoked marijuana much earlier in the day and the odor was probably left over from that.He failed field sobriety tests and was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
