A Schuylkill County woman is facing tampering with public records charges.

State police at Frackville said Katelin Flamini, of Pottsville, altered a nursing license and a cosmetologist license issued to other people to make them appear that they were issued to her.Flamini then used the altered licenses to pretend to get a job at Urban Hair Stylists, located in the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.The incident occurred on Sept. 12.Two counts each of tampering with public records or information and impersonating a holder of a professional or occupational license have been filed against Flamini with the office of District Judge David Plachko of Port Carbon, troopers said.
