A criminal mischief incident at the Thomas J. McCall Memorial Bridge is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said the incident happened between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Oct. 30 when someone spray-painted the words "Miss you wish you were here Vinnie B" on the north pillar of the bridge, near Bridge and Forge streets in Weissport.
