A hit-and-run crash that happened at 6:05 p.m. Nov. 4 at Spruce Hollow Road and Stagecoach Road East, Towamensing Township, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said Michael Christopher Liberto of Bethlehem was driving a 2000 Ford Focus that crashed, after which time the operator left the scene.Police said the investigation remains open.The Towamensing Township Fire Company and Tittle's Towing assisted them at the scene.
