State police investigate thefts

State police at Lehighton are investigating the following incidents:

Laptops stolen: State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a theft that happened between 11 p.m. Oct. 26 and 12:10 a.m. Oct. 27 atVictoria Arms Court in Polk Township. The victimreported someone stole two laptop computers from him.Trail camera stolen: A trail camera was stolen from a residenceon Black Bear Circle, Kunkletown, between Oct. 23 and 11 a.m. Nov. 6.ATV stolen in Eldred: A 49-year-old Kunkletown man reported that someone entered his garage through an unsecured door and stole a red 2001 Suzuki LT250 all-terrain vehicle. The burglary happened between 4:15 and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 5 at a propertyon Church Road in Eldred Township.Theft by deception: State police are investigating a theft by deception case. The victimresides on Little John Drive in Kunkletown.No details of the incident were provided by police, except to say the incident was reported to them at 3:04 p.m. Nov. 9.Money not returned: State police are investigating a theft incident in which the victim reported she did not get her money back for a package she refused to accept. Police were called at 3:17
