State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a burglary that was reported at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 23 at the Chestnuthill Township Recycling Center/Transfer Station at 3223 Hillcrest Drive in the township.

Police said suspects wearing hoodies and face masks gained entry to the center/station by damaging an exterior door. They stole about $80 in cash from inside the office area.Police listed the total loss at $110.
