A hit-and-run driver is being sought in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred in the parking lot of Bashore Trucking in Wayne Township, on Monday, about 3 p.m. Troopers said a vehicle was backed out of a parking stall and struck the front end of a parked 2010 Freightliner dump truck. The operator of the hit-and-run vehicle stopped, evaluated the damage and then fled the scene.Video surveillance captured the incident. The hit-and-run vehicle is a silver Ford F250 King Ranch truck which was driven by a man. The truck has a gas tank setup in the bed as well as chrome bug shield, chrome "headache bars" on the back window and a small U-shaped chrome push bar.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
