State police at Fern Ridge said a black man entered the Tobacco Oulet, located at 1656 Route 209, in Chestnuthill Township, at 3:43 p.m. Jan. 7 and used a fraudulent credit card to purchase tobacco and electronic cigarettes. The total sale was $516.67. The suspect is believed to be from Bronx, New York.
