State police at Lehighton are seeking the whereabouts of a man sought for violation of Megan's Law.

Troopers are seeking information on Gilbert M. Mook, 52. Troopers said Mook failed to update his quarterly Megan's Law status. His previously listed address in Lower Towamensing Township was found to be vacant and all previously provided contact information was found to be invalid.District Judge William Kissner, of Palmerton, has approved a felony arrest warrant for Mook for failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements.Anyone who knows the location of Mook is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
