A Nesquehoning man was charged with defiant trespass after he failed to listen to the rules.

According to Summit Hill police, officers received a phone call at 11:29 p.m., Sept. 7, for an unwanted person at an apartment at the Lansford Townhouses.Upon arrival they found Jaden Diacheysn, 22, of 24 N. Allen St. He had been served prior to the incident by certified mail that he was not allowed on the property.
