Beaver Run Rod and Gun Club, Lehighton, held its fall rabies clinic Sunday with Dr. Betsy Squires of the Forest Inn Animal Hospital as the veterinarian in charge. Peaches, a four months old jack Russell/shiatsu, owned by Ashley Allesch of Lehighton, receives her first rabies inoculation. A total of 94 animals were vaccinated against rabies. Beaver Run Rod and Gun Club hosts two rabies clinics a year for members and the community to have dogs and cats vaccinated against rabies.
