A Tamaqua motorist was one of 46 arraigned Monday morning in the office of Schuylkill County District Attorney James P. Goodman at the courthouse in Pottsville on driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were:
