Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges have been filed against Nicole Bollinger, 25, of 375 Horseshoe Drive, Palmerton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 9:53 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2013, in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges have been filed against Rafael Batista, 22, of 525 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 11 a.m. Feb. 25 at Lehigh Avenue and Fifth Street.Disorderly conductJeremy Whiteman, 34, of 620 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 7:48 a.m. on Feb. 28 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to Michelle Kobal, 44, of 72 Pocono Ranchettes, Gouldsboro, for driving under suspension and disorderly conduct. The violations occurred at 12:53 a.m. and 1:05 a.m. March 5 at Sixth Street and Delaware Avenue, and in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.HarassmentA juvenile referral was filed against a 15-year-old Allentown male for aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, and two counts of harassment. The incident occurred at 8:30 a.m. March in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Theft of servicesA citation was filed against Justin Thorp, 25, of 2862 Christian Springs Road, Nazareth, for theft of services. The violation occurred at 4:36 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Dogs running at largeEdward Weiss, 58, of 240 Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, was cited for dogs running at large. The violation occurred at 1 p.m. March 3 at Second Street and Lafayette Avenue.SpeedingHailie McGowan, 19, of 754 W. Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 10:05 p.m. March 10 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to a 16-year-old Lehighton male for speeding. The violation occurred at 10:08 p.m. March 8 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Kevin Kunkle, 18, of 4599 Steven Lane, Walnutport, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 10 p.m. March 12 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Donald Simon, 49, of 424 N. Jerome St., Allentown, for speeding. The violation occurred at 9:30 p.m. March 12 at 9:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Traffic violationIvan Guertchev, 40, of 8614 Kings Way Drive, Kunkletown, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred at 8:35 p.m. March 2 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Vehicle violationRuth Anthony, 44, of 3995 Fireline Road, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred at 12:38 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Donald Kocher Jr., 44, of 1217 Myrtle Road, Walnutport, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred at 5:35 p.m. March 4 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Jerry Brittain Jr., 44, of 134 Avenue A, Palmerton, was cited for no inspection. The violation occurred at 4:52 p.m. March 4 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against Deborah Delong, 47, of 743 Main St., Slatington, for permitting violation of title. A citation was filed against Kortney Jones, 18, of 743 Main St., Slatington, for required financial responsibility. The violations occurred at 5:20 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Michael Kehm, 25, of 535 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred at 5:55 p.m. March 6 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Mandy Thomas, 29, of 1882 Dinkey Road, Lehighton, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Feb. 28 at 12:38 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Daniel Ritchie, 22, of 791 Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred at 5:22 p.m. March 14 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against Natalie Harvey, 38, of 229 Main St., Walnutport, for drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 28 on Route 248 East.
