HarassmentCriminal charges were filed against Roger Bartholomew, 60, of 219 1/2 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for simple assault, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, defiant trespass, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. The incident occurred at 10:50 p.m. March 31 in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Criminal charges were filed against Brian Frank, 42, of 45 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, for terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred at 2:49 a.m. March 24 in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Slatington male for harassment. The violation occurred at 8 a.m. March 10 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conductRichard Viands II, 20, of 80 Hillside Ave., Apt. 2, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 11:05 a.m. March 18 at the above address.A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Slatington male for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 8:20 a.m. March 12 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against a 15-year-old Coaldale male for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 12:46 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Bethlehem male for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 1:30 p.m. March 13 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against a 13-year-old Allentown female for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred between 8:20 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 20 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against a 13-year-old Allentown female for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 12:45 p.m. April 2 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Retail theftCriminal charges were filed against Lorene Rice, 37, of 3763 Forest Inn Road, Palmerton, for retail theft. The incident occurred at 1:08 p.m. Feb. 20 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.TheftCriminal charges were filed against Nicholas Carullo, 21, of 1894 Pocono Blvd., Mount Pocono, for theft, receiving stolen property, and two counts of access device fraud. The incident occurred at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 12 in the 200 block of Avenue B.Dogs running loseEdward Weiss, 58, of 240 Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, was cited for dogs running at large prohibited. The violation occurred at 7:36 a.m. March 20 at Third Street and Princeton Avenue.SpeedingAnthony Hollenbach, 38, of 1030 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 3:06 p.m. March 28 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Jordan Beggan, 22, of 514 White St., Bowmanstown, for speeding. The violation occurred at 7:08 a.m. March 17 on Route 248 East.Citations were filed against Anthony Moyer, 33, of 15 Lakeview Drive, South Abington Township, for speeding, obedience to traffic control device, expired inspection, stop signs and yield signs, and no passing zones.
