A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 1:02 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, along SR100 at Orchard Road, in Lowhill Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Brandon Duane Rauch, 24, of New Tripoli, was stopped for speeding, going 65 miles-per-hour in a 45 zone.Rauch was found to be under the influence and taken to the county DUI center for a blood test.The DUI charge is pending the test results.
