State police at Fern Ridge reported arresting a man wanted on an active criminal warrant issued out of the State of Florida.

Troopers said Stephen McIntosh, of Effort, was taken into custody along Erin Lane, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, about 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 3.
