"Experience The Outdoors," a weekly outdoors radio program broadcast Sundays at 7 a.m. on 1410-AM WLSH, Lansford, and 9:30 a.m. on Magic 105.5-FM, Tamaqua, placed first in the "Best Radio/TV Award" category of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Writers Association Craft Achievements Awards at the organization's annual spring conference and awards banquet held at Shippensburg University.

Hosted by veteran outdoors writer Doyle Dietz, he has been a member of POWA since 1988 and has hosted the program since developing it eight years ago.
