Rick Sassaman earns the pitching win, scattering six hits over his nine innings of work. He also helps his own cause by collecting two hits and knocking in two runs at the plate. Doug Lewis contributes three hits, two of them doubles, three runs and an RBI while Ed Tarconish delivers a two-run double. The Travelers also receive two RBIs from Joe Tarconish.
