Lehighton State Police investigate incidents

State police at Lehighton reported investigating the following incidents.

A 21-year-old man from Stroudsburg, who troopers declined to identify, was arrested for harassment. Troopers said three victims, two men, ages 60 and 18, and a female age 18, reported they were having ongoing issues with the suspect. The incidents occurred in Ross Township, Monroe County, on Nov. 15. Three counts of harassment have been filed against the suspect.

A 63-year-old woman from Fremont Drive, Effort, Polk Township, Monroe County, reported someone shot her residence with a paintball gun about 20 to 25 times. The incident was reported on Nov. 10.

A 66-year-old man from Bailey Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, reported that someone made a fraudulent Ebay Motors account selling a 2012 John Deere Gator four-wheeler and subsequently was able to obtain $1,400 in Ebay gift cards from his account. The incident was reported on Nov. 11.

A 57-year-old man from Hillcrest Circle, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, reported someone stole eggs and chicken feed from his property. The theft occurred sometime between Nov. 10 and Monday. Total estimated value of the missing items was set at $15.
