As part of an ongoing repointing project at the Carbon County Courthouse in Jim Thorpe, two employees of Spotts Brothers Inc. of Pottsville remove the old mortar from the building's exterior stonework. After this part of the job has been completed the stonework will be washed down and new mortar will be applied in the joints between the stones.
