Jennifer Domines is all smiles after being named the grand prize winner of the 27th annual Times News Cookbook and Recipe Contest. Jennifer's "Buffarolls" were the winning entry in the Tailgating Category, and she wowed the judges on Monday when all of the

category winners presented their finished dishes. This year's cookbook will be published with the Nov. 6 issue of the Times News.
