The driver of one of two vehicles involved in a crash at 11:20 p.m. Dec. 1 on Interstate 80 in Kidder Township was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.

State police at Fern Ridge said Evan D. Bilsbury, 23, of Belair, Maryland, was cited. He was driving a 2003 Ford Focus that was involved in a crash with a 2004 Volvo driven by Peter Y. Choi, 67, of Akron, Ohio.

No one was injured.
