A Summit Hill man was charged with criminal mischief after he punctured a tire.

According to borough police on July 23 officers received a complaint that someone had punctured a tire of a vehicle. An investigation revealed that Robert Oosterbaan, of 41 Park Ave., had intentionally punctured the tire.
