The Carbon County Veterans Affairs office will be closed Oct. 1 to 5 and will reopen Oct. 9.

In addition, preparations are underway for the upcoming Carbon County Veterans Day parade, which will be held at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 11 in Lansford.
