State Rep. Jack Rader, R-Monroe is hosting a seminar to provide Monroe County gunowners with information about their rights and responsibilities when carrying a concealed weapon in Pennsylvania will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Company, 20 Murray St., Mount Pocono.

The seminar will include local officials Monroe County Sheriff Todd Martin; Monroe County First Assistant District Attorney Michael Mancuso; Chief County Detective Eric Kerchner; and firearms investigatory Deputy Cpl. Dan Acosta.
