West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Monday morning:

• Agreed to have the township engineer create a matrix for the zoning board committee that lists timelines and permits so people know how long it takes to build a house or do a subdivision.

• Approved the Lengel minor final subdivision plan.

• Announced the board’s next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 at the West Penn Township Fire Company.

• Announced the zoning update committee’s next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 12 at the annex building.

• Announced there will be a Schuylkill County Fair Housing Activity, Meet The Service Dogs, from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Fairlane Village Mall Center Court, Pottsville.
