Brayden Knoblauch captured second place at the Elks State Hoop Shoot contest in State College on March 7. Knoblauch represented the Tamaqua Lodge and the Northeast District at the competition. He made 22 of 25 free throws during regulation and then hit 5 of 5 in a playoff for second place. Knoblauch, who is the son of Jim and Jillian Barron, is shown with Tamaqua Elks Hoop Shoot director Vaal Kester.
