Kroculick breaks a 7-7 tie when his single drives in Billy Malatak from second base. Kroculick finishes with three hits, the other two doubles, and scores a run. Jim "Buck" Rader slugs a two-run homer for the winners while Lew Anthony adds a hit and run scored. Dick Denesevich tosses two innings of relief to gain the win. For Lansford, Bobby Piscelli collects three hits and scores two runs.
