James Ketchledge, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Ketchledge, Lehighton, had a narrow escape from death this morning shortly before 10 o'clock when he was trapped on a cliff 30 feet above the Central Railroad of New Jersey tracks, opposite the school at Packerton. The youth scaled the almost perpendicular precipice without difficulty, but panicked and froze when he reached the ledge 30 feet above the tracks. Donna Smith, 12, saw him and summoned the Lehighton Fire Department.
