Haggerty tallies nine points in the opening quarter as the Blue Raiders jump out to a 17-9 advantage. The winners, who extend their lead to 18 points by halftime, also receive 19 points from George Tomchick. Dave Wehr contributes 11 points to the victory while Lafay Hope chips in with seven. For the Tigers, Burt Gbur finishes with a team-high 23 points.
