June 30, 1990 - Clayton Frohnheiser and Todd Wilman both collect three hits to help the Bowmanstown Eagles defeat the Tamaqua Elks, 10-5, to capture the Carbon-Schuylkill Youth Baseball League championship. Frohnheiser and Wilman each knock in two runs for the winners, coached by John Wilk. Brent Kistler gains the pitching win, with Eric Haydt providing relief help. Haydt strikes out four of the final six batters, and also contributes an RBI single at the plate. For Tamaqua, Rich Koch drills a three-run homer.
