A Lehigh County man has been accused of driving under the influence (DUI) in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Kyle Wenner, 21, of Emmaus, was stopped at 1:54 a.m. May 2 along SR209 near SR476 in Franklin Township, for a traffic violation.Wenner showed signs of intoxication and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. Charges will be filed.
