Falls from John Kowalewski at 167 pounds and Scott Soley at heavyweight, along with a forfeit win to Garth Lakitsky at 185, allow the Blue Raiders to recover from a 29-16 deficit. The winners, coached by Don Huesgen, also receive a superior decision from Matt Huesgen at 126, and major wins from Bill Klotz (98) and Jon Mashack (145). Frank Lee adds a decision at 119.
